if you have a 50 GHz attenuator we can install it and realign it but we don’t have any at the moment . Still -20dbm to +10 dbm about is pretty good dynamic range still!
Not to be confused with the much higher phase noise model 68xxx series(20 db higher! Which we have for 2000$ less. That one has the attenuator if needed and modulation as well. This one is higher due to its ultra low phase noise as shown in pics.
This particular unit was completely overhauled and had all new low phase noise boards installed to get it to function within spec ..which ain’t no joke! Check the specs online!
Cosmetically we note only 1 issue and that is there’s a line in the screen but since good quality displays are rare on this model and it looks so great otherwise we just kept it!
We’ve also overhauled the power supply cleaning up the spurious well within spec which is normally a common issue with these as well but again problem solved! This is a real gem and comes fully Calibrated with all power alignments and clock adjustments!
This can be used as an lo source for the Anritsu and 8757d network analyzers in step sweep mode as well.

All alignments have been done which need to be done every 10 years because they drift and go unlock at that point .we have all the flatness and power Cal software as shown as well for these and can support yours if you have any. We have parts and repair these constantly. Freq has been aligned with Rubidum which doesn’t drift for 10 yrs but freshly Cal’d with gps to be sure 😉

. Has much lower phase noise than 836xxx or 837xxx generators and minimal spurious to boot! Harmonics are low due to the switched filters these have. We can service these for their lifetime.

Fully calibrated with all realignments using Anritsu software and comes refurbished. Has a new acrylic lcd shield that wont crystalize to yellow like all the other ones do.
