Description

Doubler has just been serviced (most expensive part). Because of this it meets max power spec .

Plus we ran a ton of extensive alignments and swapped out the weak components , then added an attenautor as shown in pics.

This required many post alignments as shown as well.

So unlike most you buy on eBay that are failing  spec ,  this one gets a full 0 dbm +++ with attenuator at 50 ghz and way more power than that below 50 ghz………

We have them without attenuator too if you prefer an extra 4 db of power (that’s how much the power drops up high with attenautor opt 001 added).

Includes opt 001:  -110dbm attenuator and 008 : 1 hz resolution !

Includes brand new full alignments and calibration!!!! Nist traceable 2 yr interval !!!

Alignments including full attenuator steps and flatness with alc adjustments (see pics of our setup)…..10 Mhz  Freq reference tuning to rubidium, plus maximizing top end power and eliminating oscillations which are incredibly prevalent on these if not checked. We sweep em on our 8757D to accomplish these tasks where you can squash the squeggs and bring up as much power as possible without oscillation.

We have cheaper 50 ghz models like the 51b but they only yield half the power! You get what you pay for 😉

If you don’t need attenuator option reduce price by 1000$ and get the full power out of it.(An extra 4 dbm)

The doubler is really the only major part that keeps this from a cheapo 83630b. And it’s been completely rebuilt ! So should last another 25 years!  I wouldn’t chance it with a different generator if this is what you need(50 ghz for under 40k).

Currently has front  output but can move it to rear  (option 004)output upon request for no extra cost!
