And my fav part: external mixing because it has both signal id types just like the PSA series that cost double!  You get the digital preselector type signal id the image suppression function which makes it get rid of most of the annoying spurious  that comes with ext mixing! Plus toggle it on and off to reduce phase noise.

Also has the must have 1 hz res bw for max danl performance and close in examination(standard is only 1 khz which is pathetic )

Low band preamp 1ds , gpib and parallel, and stable timebase(a must for higher frequency use and super close in phase noise performance.)

This particular model has  utility option   229 phase noise  as well  which transforms this  into a phase noise analyzer! Can’t beat the options it has! 

Display is excellent as is all we sell however if you want to upgrade to new led backlight (brighter and lasts longer with less power consumption and heat) add 300$.

We have our own in house design for this upgrade . We can also add a custom intensity  pot on the front if preferred  which there is no stock way of adjusting intensity oddly enough. Add 200$ for that as well.

For an extra 1500$ I’ll set you up with a two mixer set with  everything you need to get up to 50 GHz .

That’s two minibend sma cables, a 26-40 GHz mixer and a 33-50 GHz mixer plus coaxial adapters for each mixer . One 2.92mm to wr type and one 2.4mm to wr type. If you want to go to 75 ghz I can help with that as well as I have a preselected 50 to 75 ghz mixer with power supply I can sell for 1500$ plus 500$ for the coaxial adapter to 1.85mm which is thread able and safe to connect with 2.4mm but designed and nist traceable to 75 ghz.
